2003 flew by fast, and so has 2004! One notable development in the Capital District was reconstruction of State Street in downtown Schenectady. This photo, taken 4 September 2003, shows both the old signals (installed in 1984) and the new signals and street lighting. Things did not change much by 2 July 2004, but the Webjefe did change his car at Fuccillo Hyundai; his 1993 Olds became history. And (drum roll please): We have Schenectady material being posted now!
