Market Street at Van Dyke Avenue

This is the view that greets visitors to Amsterdam, when they are traveling south on NYS Route 30. The signal was manufactured by General Electric, and was black colored years ago. In recent years, it was painted green. Photo taken on 4 July 2002; it was very hot that day!

This is probably the oldest truss in New York State, and the country as well.

This also has an ancient truss. The signal is interesting, too.
